What exactly are Keywords??

A keyword is a word or multiple words entered in a search engine search bar. Take Google for example. Ever been to Google’s homepage? Well if you have, chances are you entered a word or phrase in the blank white bar hoping to get something of value in return.

There you have it!! You entered a keyword. And you must have entered keywords thousands of times already.

We tend to take for granted how powerful and valuable a search engine really is. The search engine is what drives your website. Now it’s up to you to decide how much horse power is needed to win atop the leading rankings.

First of all, the user will most likely visit your website if it is on Google’s first page results. And secondly, chances are the user will not even visit the second page let alone page 198. So how do they do it??

Not only do they use the right keywords, but they situate them in strategic places where they know search engines hunt for.

When we were creating a website and it came down to choosing the right keywords, my buddy and I spent days, try months putting together a list of different keywords that would help us rank high atop the Google results page.
